Looking for coaching?

Why choose JBOT-UK®

I get it: I am neurodivergent (AuDHD) so have plenty of lived experience alongside extensive professional practice and accreditation working in mental health and with neurodivergent individuals.

Why Coaching? It's great talking to friends and family who love and support you but often people worry that friends and family don't really understand the difficulties they are facing, that the advice they give isn't always helpful for neurodivergent inidviduals and that after you have been honest with them, that they may view you differently. Having an objective professional involved can be extremely beneficial.

The right professional: Occupational Therapists (OTs) are uniquely placed to assess holistically, consider barriers to participation and empower clients to overcome these.  As part of this, a report can be generated and shared with employers or educational institutions to support access to reasonable adjustments

The right programme: This is suitable for individuals who have been diagnosed or self-identify as neurodivergent and those who are looking for real-world strategies, validation and understanding. It can also be useful for parents of neurodivergent children who feel lost after their child's diagnosis and need support to navigate this.

My Neurodivergent Post-Diagnostic Support, OT and ACT-based Coaching service can be delivered flexibly over evenings, weekends and when needed. As often as you need, ranging from weekly to monthly. You can also schedule ad-hoc sessions for difficult situations and transitions you may need support processing.

Coaching is delivered via G-Meet, so it is accessible throughout the UK. Depending on travel, for an additional fee, face-to-face sessions may be arranged.

The right Price: OT’s do not add VAT to their services, so the price you see is the price you pay. A quick Google will tell you that this sort of support can vary from £75.00 pounds to £240.00 per hour, so it is important to make sure that the service you pay for can meet your needs.

Prices listed below are for individuals, to make this more affordable for you; a higher rate is applicable for employer-funded/Access To Work (A2W) clients.

For more information about the Access to Work grant call 0345 268 8489 or visit www.gov.uk/access-to-work/how-to-claim
